It's time for figs and besides eating them so natural, I used them to make a dessert! A crumbly puff pastry wrapper and a filling of figs (the soft part) that melt into jam and almonds and Amaretti biscuits, a perfect match!
If you don't have fresh figs you can use jam!
If you don't like puff pastry, you can make the same dessert with shortcrust pastry

📝Ingredients:
1 roll Puff pastry
8 fresh figs
50 g Almonds (peeled or skinned)
Amaretti biscuits (or other types)
Waterfall
Sugar
