There was a mistake in translating. Tabib said, "You are Rana, you know everything, there are thousands of Rana like you, you are viral after singing one song, but what about to others Rana?"

Well in that verse about education, he's talking about how the education system is being sold off to the rich. And how the education system doesn’t cater to the poor.

This song delves into themes of poverty, societal inequality, people's perceptions of the purpose of education, and the inaccessibility of quality education that could potentially address these inequalities. In this song, the narrative centers around slum children and underprivileged kids living on the streets. The term "GullyBoy" refers to a 'slum kid'. In reality, Rana was a slum kid too, and his talent was recognized by Tabib at his Dhaka University Campus. Slum children in Bangladesh endure extremely difficult and harsh lives, deprived of basic human rights and often forced to live in polluted environments. Although Bangladesh boasts many beautiful places, this song also offers a glimpse into how harsh the environment can be at its worst. Dhaka is presented as a prime example of this severity. Let's analyze parts of this song where there might have been some confusion: . "In the realm of hunger, the sky and earth are the same." When someone experiences extreme hunger, nothing else matters to them. Their primary concern is hunger. It doesn't matter to them whether there's a difference between the sky or the earth, or between hours and minutes. The only prevailing thought is the need to eat something. Sukanto - Sukanta Bhattacharya was a renowned Bengali poet born in 1926 who lived just 21 years. Inspired by communist ideals, Sukanta portrayed the grim lives of the poor in his poems. In one of his poems, he writes, "The Full Moon appears to be a scorched bread, O Great Life!" . Eid is one of the biggest religious festivals in Bangladesh for Muslims. In Germany, it's known as Zuckerfest. Traditionally, new clothes are bought for this festival. In the song, a daughter asks her father to buy her the traditional dress, Salwar-Kameez. The father promises, but on Eid, he cries because he couldn't fulfill his promise due to extreme poverty. . Regarding education, it seems we have missed connecting several dots: What Tabib meant was: First, good education is not accessible to poor people as societal inequality is very high. Quality educational institutions are expensive, and the wealthy have better access to them. For poor people, the average cost of education is prohibitive, considering tuition fees, materials, etc., although the government provides primary education for free. Second, one of the main purposes of education should be to enlighten individuals with morality and knowledge. However, in reality, many people view the sole purpose of education as obtaining a job. While education should ideally make us better humans, many would forego it if it weren't necessary for career advancement. Tabib criticizes this mindset, suggesting that with proper education, we might think more about humanity, the plight of underprivileged slum children, and basic human rights. He questions the value of education if it fails to instill morality. Tabib himself observed that the cost of undergraduate education is prohibitively high and expensive. Those with money can easily afford it, while those without are left to struggle on the streets. He questions why such inequality exists in society. Rahman(Bangladeshi) Hallo from Essen :D

Since you are experiencing Bengali music, you should also check out Bengali music from India. Kolkata has always been a hub for progressive art. The rock music from Kolkata is way more deeper and in a way very different from Bangladeshi music.
