@@taxusbaccata3001 ....why? It's just a slang name for female genitals. It really shouldn't be that big of a deal once you're past middle school. Some guy tried to insult me in a comment by calling me a "clit" a couple weeks ago. You know what I did? I laughed. Because it was _really_ stupid on their part.
@KaizerMan
@KaizerMan 5 жыл бұрын
@@kriscynical Yes but not everyone is rational or as capable of brushing off insults like that. Pussy isn't just slang name for female genitals, it's also used as an insult in slang to suggest someone's effeminate and depending on the person they could have different responses. That's not to justify the guy getting so heated over it. But whether it's some anger issues, a deep rooted psychological issue or complex he has, maybe a tough time in his life made worse by not being able to enjoy comedy without being perceivably publicly ridiculed or even just having previous issues with being made to feel like less of a man in the presence of his wife. You never know the situation or context causing someone's reaction. So it's fine and dandy to say why it *should* be not much of a big deal to be called a pussy as a joke, but the world doesn't work like it *should* unfortunately, you know?

I started to dislike the divorced guy right away... Then the opening comedian mentioned that he was trying to make a joke and it bombed. Then the Divorced guy apologized for saying that and the married guy just couldn't let it go. It really shows the type of character he was that he let something so silly cause him to have a bad time. Which also caused others around him to have a bad time because he was creating tension. Both comedians did an amazing job of stopping a would be fight!

I enjoy watching your clips on here, and particularly you owning hecklers, but it seems like there are a higher concentration of disruptions at your shows as opposed to others. I haven't been to many comedy shows but the ones I have attended have not had disruptions. I've seen specials with other comedians where it occurs but it seems more frequent at your shows. Does it happen more often at your shows than others? Or am I just seeing clips online or specials where it's been edited out? Is this a common occurrence?

My college would bring in comedians every so often, and it was free for the students to attend, you just had to show up a couple hours early to guarantee you could get in. In all of those shows there would be at least 1 heckler or someone yelling shit out to the stage. I live by a Comedy club now, you have to pay to get in and there's a two drink minimum, have been to a few shows, never seen a heckler. Do you notice a relation between shows being free to the audience and hecklers? Or are these people paying for tickets knowing that everyone else is paying to be there and just can't help themselves?

Way to rip off a bill burr joke like nearly exactly the same not only premise but even the same type of metaphor with death being the consequence of whatever you compare to marriage and how people wouldn’t o that here is that joke and the great BILL Burrs take on the very same joke WRITTEN by him YEARS ago "Let me ask you a question, why the hell do people keep getting married? You know what I mean, isn’t anybody looking at the stats? You know what I mean; 3 out of 4 marriages go right down the shitter right? If you were going skydiving, and they told you 3 out of 4 parachutes weren’t going to open, you’d be like. “Yo fuck that! I’m not goin!” I mean like I don’t like those odds. I have a 75% chance of splattin on the ground. But there’s something about getting married. People just have to do it. Right? They’re just like, is this the line to lose half my shit? Awesome!
