There was no reason for SWAT and Pepper Spray. The people who were arrested need help. The Youngstown City Police Department only escalated the overall situation. When force is used, the amount of resistance becomes even greater. The problem does not always start at home. Those who chose to cause a problem, did so of their own free will. No parent or guardian told their kids to fight in school or on school property.
