I grew up without my parents, they were lost in drugs and gang life. I was stuck in the foster care system. I had nobody to fight for me. I got out, got life and job skills, became a part of my religious and town community and have 3 children with my husband. This song 100% is how I feel from the deepest regions of my heart and soul as a mother myself. Thank you for giving this anthem to parents all over that will take on the evils of the world for their children.
