Moments later, Kenobi sacrifices himself so the rebels can escape, but the young heroes' troubles are far from over as Darth Vader isn't finished with the intruders...

You should just make an entire series about The New Jedi Order books and then remake the Sequels in this. I love this type of story telling.

As it turns out, I am doing the NJO (albeit the highlights), I’ve currently only done up to Dark Tide 2, but I will do them all in bulk in the future. :D As for Sequels, I may do them, but I’d need a bit of inspiration before I do.

I wish in the TFU: USE the Obiwan Kenobi bossfight should have took place on the Death Star. The Falcon escapes and Kenobi's voice speaks to Lord Starkiller. Kenobi: “You may have defeated me but hope lives.” Starkiller: “The Rebellion with fall without you to help them. It is foolish to resist the Empire.” Kenobi: “It is you who is foolish to think the Empire would prevail or that I was the Galaxy's only hope.” Starkiller: “So ... That mean there is another.” Good job on fight dude!

I’m very happy he used his father’s blue lightsaber and did not lose it in A New Hope and on his first adventure

It’s a modified model for the ANH mission, it’s not useable in the menu map.

As a fan of every era, including the Disney era, yeah this change would be a great special edition addon if it ever happened haha. Very anime-esque idea to have Vader still coming after them but have Ben spawn back in as a ghost to ratchet up the tension. Unironically could see that as a ver out there in an alt 1977 cut, that and the fxitinpost fight scene lol

Holy fuck, that was really good. I gotta echo what some other people in the comments have said about the editing and general production quality for this being pretty crazy good, even compared to (most of) your other videos. I'm also really quite curious where the hell you are getting some of these voices from. That Leia voice actress in particular is remarkably good. Is there some radio drama or audio book or something you are getting these, or is it AI, or did you just pull a rabbit out of a hat, or...? ....Oh, also, nice inclusion of the 'great many fathers' line. Definitely one of Vader's better quotes from the modern comics, which is saying something.

It’s an AI voice using the new BF2 game’s Leia as a sample. And, yeah, I figured since this would now be the first time Luke and Vader met, I had to use it! :D

@@Gumegguai Huh, go figure. AI is getting rather terrifyingly convincing. I could still kinda half-tell, but only barely. Either way, its very convincing, so I'd recommend you keep using it in the future whenever possible.

I will, but for now I’m only using it for voices I personally feel like I can’t replicate/ don’t like doing. Some characters will always be AI voiced (Leia, Ben, Lando) and some will never be (Luke, Dash, Vader).
