If you guys are still having trouble try this! : Go to settings- watch the credits till the end, you can tap the right trigger to fast foward. Then wait till it’s finished. When the credits finish, load into the Xbox Live mode and it should work, this worked for me.

Easiest fix I found for PS3 is just to go into the free add on section for Fight Night Champion and re-download the free online pass. After that I was able to get back online on the EA servers. No need to download another game.

I was having the same problem trying to get online for FIFA Street 4. I eventually remembered I had downloaded Dead Space 2 but had never played it. I loaded it up and the first thing that came up was for the terms and conditions, as there's a multiplayer mode to that game. I agreed to it, then went back to FIFA Street 4 and voila! I'm online!

What I did to get this working on my XB1 again was to load FNC on my XB360 and try to go online. It worked!! So I went back afterwards to try to go online with FNC again with the XB1 and it worked!! The "EA Terms and Conditions" error was gone. Good video though it gave me the idea for trying this to see if it would fix the issue.

Same trick works with Playstation. Got disconnected from the EA servers on FNC for some reason. Launched SSX, the conditions popped-up, accepted all of them and it fixed the FNC issue just like with the Xbox on this video.

I got mine working by logging into my 360 and loaded dead space. I play on my Xbox 1. Took me over an hour with all the updates and other crap. But now I have a more serious problem! The game is officially ruined, completely and totally ruined for me now.....Maybe you have some advice? First game I played after 2 weeks of trying to load the terms and conditions, I fought someone that drained the spirit of the game. This guy would probably throw a total 5 - 10 punches a round, and made me chase him around the ring in literal circles for 8 rounds, im not joking when I say it gave me vertigo, I had to try and make him change directions so I wouldn't get sick. I thought of throwing in the towel, but I hate doing that. I wanted to knock his trash out. I tried shoving him into the ropes, tried to corner him in the ring, i was even landing major power shots to his face! It was soooo boring! And he was winning these rounds somehow??? I couldn't believe it. Even with landing power shots and his face all cut up? Teddy and Joe commenting how the fight should be stopped because of the bleeding? If this was a real fight, the only reason it would of been stopped would be due to being unsportsmanlike. The last 2 rounds in my disgust and frustration, I decided I would just clench him and not let him run around like a little bitch. He was trying so hard to get away. He even started to actually try and throw punches. I'm serious, he wasn't even able to take one step without my clenching. He couldn't do anything The crowd was booing, Teddy Atlas and Joe Tessitore saying the fight would be stopped. I won those last two rounds without even throwing a punch!! WTF EA? I wanted to jump through this "guy or kids" television and smash his xbox over his face and take big piss all over his stuff. Completely ruined the game for me. This is one of my favorite games, and I'm so angry that I dare not play anymore.

My first online match was so stalemate that the other guy stayed away from me so badly to the point in the 9th round I got fed up and went for a finish, turns out it was me that ended up finished but yeah apparently walking away wins you rounds, maybe walking away countering and side stepping should lead to points but not just circling the whole game.

Yeah I got you on that. I looked the SSX game up and it's still $15. I'm sure they will get the servers right eventually. Other people are using older EA games that have the terms and condition screen. The guy that posted the first video, Henry, (see link to his vid in the description here) was saying that old EA sports games using the Origin login system is the key. Hopefully you have an old disk laying around that will work.

Hi people, I can confirm any EAsports game beetwen 2011-2017years should be work for u if u have not played that game before but also another game from the same "series". Let me tell you my experience cuz I got fix it using NFS Most wanted which was neved used before and any other game from Need for Speed series. I tried first whit Dead Space3 and it didnt work for me but some people report that Dead Space3 works for them.🤔 Next was Fifa13 and it didnt work for me also but my bro fixed FNC inssue using same game front my eyes.😱 Now I have played before Dead Space 1and 2, FIFA 15 and 17 then I think any other Dead space​ and FIFA will works for me. Just a tip for people that need to download a game (like me): "EA Access" costs $5 for 1 month subscription access to their library of games, which includes SSX.(It's $35 for a year, and they give you some form of discount if you buy EA games thru the microsoft store while a member..... but that's not what's needed here & I'm getting sidetracked. The point is... ) So as long as SSX, or ANY EA game is more than $5, pay for a month of EA Access, figure out the right game that works to get Fight Night fixed, then cancel your subscription. Better than paying $15 for a 5+ year old 360 game!

I tried some newer games but no go, SSX worked, I'm sure any older ea game that has the terms and conditions screen will work. EA MMA (the real old one from 2010) or other old 2008-2014 around there . The other guy on his video said it had to do with the old Orign account system which makes sense.

Yea so EA sports really fucked up when they updated the EA servers. Basically the problem right now is that the older games such as fight night champions cannot connect to the new EA servers. Which of course makes it unable to pull the terms and conditions from the server.

Para cualquier hablante de español, me pasaba ese error de los términos y condiciones, la solución que me sirvió y creo que le puede servir a cualquiera es: iniciar un juego de EA sports (fifa 17,18, battlefield, etc, de preferencia del 2016 para atrás) y aceptar los términos y condiciones que normalmente pone EA sports. Ahora cierren el juego y entren al Fight, de seguro estará solucionado. Una vez se soluciona el error, ya quedará listo para siempre.

If you dont get the message about accepting EA terms and conditon then sign out while game is still loaded then sign back in. It will take you back to main menu and the message should then pop up.

If you on the PS3 go to transaction management then down load list. Look for fight night champion online pass. Whether you bought the physical or digital copy you still had to download the online pass on PS3. You just download it again it takes a second.

Should work with a disk. . PPL are saying even battlefield 3 and battlefield hardline are working, the key is using an EA game that's old enough to use the old Origin account system. No need to download a game, just need a game that uses the origin account system that requires a terms and conditions.

If you're still not able to get online maybe check the video linked in the description, there was some account function that guy showed in his video regarding PlayStation.
