Man I know I’m late, but I appreciate that! This social media stuff is kind of tough for me, but I’m working on it. I’m going to give you the best I got. Definitely going to be doing some Muay Thai videos. But without knowing anything about you personally, the best advice I can you is to stay consistent. Do something everyday, shadow box, stretch, run, weights etc. start to treat your body like a machine, make sure you are putting the right stuff into it and getting enough sleep. Repetition is huge to make your technique nice and clean. Stay consistent my brotha!

And as far as looking mean, I can turn it on when I need to. I suggest you try some form of combat sports...boxing kickboxing bjj...if you are a beginner...it will definitely make you humble.
