So glad that we have a means to play Street Fighter III Third Strike on modern consoles (i.e. Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection). I just wish they'd patch Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection to update the games included to be updated to the latest version of the arcade ROMs. From what I understand, the versions included are all based on the ver 1.0 of the arcade ROMs. Besides that, I'd like to see Capcom make more collections like... - Marvel vs. Capcom Collection - (work with Marvel) X-Men Children of the Atoms Marvel Super Heroes X-Men vs. Street Fighter Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter Marvel vs. Capcom Marvel vs. Capcom 2 - Capcom vs. SNK Collection - (work with SNK) Capcom vs. SNK Capcom vs. SNK Pro Capcom vs. SNK 2 SVC Chaos: SNK Vs. Capcom

Oh yeah, a Capcom vs. SNK collection would be sick. Plus I think Dreamcast emulation could work on Switch, the PlayStation 1 is slightly similar and that emulation works on the Switch in the Mega Man X Legacy Collection.

I know I'm in the minority here, but I was pretty burned out on the SFII cast by the time SFIII came around. I was way more invested in SFA, and its cast during that time. I always wanted to see more Alpha characters appear in Capcom's crossover fighters that were out then like Rose, but instead kept seeing the same SFII characters over, and over again. Of course, there's a very good reason why those characters kept showing up, but I was craving some more variety then.

From what I understand. The PS5 was going to be released in 2017 close to 2018, they delayed it until fall 2020 because they were having trouble with backwards compatibility will ALL playstations, and mobile systems, not just PS4 and PS3. So it looks like Sony wants the PS5 to be compatible with every game they ever made.

The input commands is just way too strict in this game I constantly struggle to pull out a super move. I only played 3rd strike on the PS2 version. Does this version have the same strict input as the PS2 or its more forgiving?

Considering alpha was out at about the same time, Capcom should've held to their guns and kept Ken/Ryu out of the game and just have started new generation with 10-12 new characters.
