This track played at first character select on my first launch of the game two days ago when I launched Local Versus to try it with friend with both of us never playing Rivals before. When I heard this track I immediately knew this was money well spent and I'd enjoy Rivals. And I do, even though I completely suck at online play xD

Oh my god, I just recently got the game and my GOD this is a masterpiece. Rivals of Aether is the fighting game of my dreams and I am SO GLAD that it carries it more with its wonderful soundtrack. This track gives me goosebumps all around, and makes me tear up sometimes of how good this game is. I wish I could fund the game more if I had the money. I absolutely love this game to death and the soundtrack makes me love it even more. This song brings me back to the good ol days when the Nick flash game, Super Brawl still existed. With the 16 bit tune, it gives me nostalgia for games that were locked away in my mind. I wish this game to become the best. This game is so great, words cannot describe how much fun I had and how much I cried during the first hour of me playing. I have the Steam version, and the workshop makes the game 100x better, making the fighting game of my dreams. I am so glad I got this game and don't regret buying it.

I have yet to play this game in any kind of depth, but this song hooked me immediately when hearing it on a friend's stream! It's SO GOOD! The original theme has a certain SNES retro charm to it. But this version of the theme almost feels like a more modern take on the theme. They're both great in their own style. But this one edges out the original a bit. Love it so much!

@@justplayfly That's what surprised me. I hadn't played the game until it came out on Switch, and this was the first theme I got when the selection screen came up. I have seen people play this game and listened to a few tracks on this channel, but there is a lot of stuff that I thought it's always been there... Guess that's what happens when you get into a game a bit later than everybody else...
