The irony... i missed the one we had today cause i didn't feel ready. hmm :/ I mean the point is to learn but not only the whole class is advanced i have to see and remember multiple combos and takedowns which must come naturally during a fight. A man who never put on gloves or could do a single somersault before.

@@elasolezito I was always missing trainings because of sparrings too, i was scared, but then i promised to myself i wont miss any training for a month and since then i fell love with it because i kept getting better and better and more confident. Just remember why u started.Keep showing up and i promise u,that after every training u will feel great. It doesnt matter that people in your gym are better, because you will be better with every session you do. When i started everyone atleast had 2 or 3 fights and i was only 15 with no sport experience other than calisthenics.
