The size of that double end bag makes this so impressive I have a medium sized one and I still on occasion miss the bag on quick combos, Loma makes it look like this tiny ball is attached by a string to his hand

The small is fantastic for getting your speed built up once familiar with your striking. The medium bag provides a considerable amount more resistance building more strength in your punches. I highly recommend both sizes.Some people have expressed concern over the latex bladder leaking down more frequently than the traditional rubber. I have not found this to be an issue at all.

He’s practicing accuracy and speed. There’s only a small target area, and he’s trying to hit it quickly and precisely. Slugging it out during sparring is good for experience, but won’t give you the same skill at precise punching imo

These professional boxers aint Floyds pinky toe with these boxing exercises. Floyd by far is the best Ive seen on the heavy bag,jump rope,double end bag,mitts, and speed bag. Make other pros look like amateurs.

.yea i dont kno aabout all that gloyd talk but what i do kno is that lomenchenko is defiantely an animal and his training is by far some of the best work ive ever seen ecspecially the one how they have him stack the dominoes in a row then go to the board and its all numbers and he gotta touch 1 through 20 or something like that and they time him and it changes everytime i think that is amazing for your hand eye cooridination and keeps you on point

When u got it loose u gotta worry about that mf hitting bag like a reflex bag, timing hits like theese but at a longer distance practicing timing speed and technique. But he’s loma so who cares

Matador Hernandez I think Rigos in for a long night next week, I think Loms gonna find ways to get in and out while Rigos waiting for a counter, and missing on the counter, Rigo dont have much of an inside game and Loma can score on him up close, plus the lead hand and feints will keep Rigo honest and having a hard time tryna set, and I dont think Rigo will be able to make the adjustments neccessary
