The IBF knows there is a contractual rematch Crawford is obligated to meet, or he could be sued for breech of that contract. However, the irrelevant IBF is the ONLY sanctioning body that does not honor previous rematch clauses in contracts when the rotation of mandatory fights shift to their turn at the helm. That's crazy.
