These folks are pretty good. I suppose A&M ought to keep them around, you know, to exemplify utter excellence.

The best in the world, they.

Hi Kent8nguyen, I shot this video with a Sanyo Xacti HD700. It is a nice little camera that shoots HD video (720p). It shoots great video and takes great photos, but doesn't perform so well in low light.

@cheng2012 Most marching bands march sideways, with their horns pointed toward a specific direction no matter which way they're moving. It's called sliding and backwards marching. That way all your sound is pointed in one direction.

@spider47 Really? Because it's pretty standard. Unfortunately youtube won't let me post links, but look up "Spartacus", performed by Phantom Regiment. Almost all colleges and high schools march with their horns in one direction, I'm not really sure what you're talking about.

@cheng2012 Most marching bands turn their upper bodies so that all their horns are pointing in the same direction, no matter what way they're moving. It's called sliding and backwards marching.

@Lithoxene The flash just isn't as bright when he zooms in as it is when the field is widened out.

@spider47 I can respect that, we are all entitled to our own opinions. And likewise my preferences are probably colored by my own experiences in high school marching bands

@spider47 I'm not saying they're not impressive, all I'm saying is they don't appeal to my particular marching band taste. I agree, their drill is quite astounding, I just prefer the competition style done by drum corps and some colleges.

gig'em if you like.

NO! Don't zoom in! It ruins the effect!!!

Lines look good, but besides that...lame. You can hardly hear them, and they even get to look the direction they march

Marching that is hard. But it's not fun especially for me, a percussionist that plays tenors. Crush rolls on old show drums are rly boring to play and watch. I just don't like it because it's military style.
