Fun-Fact: The official manga translations for DM mistranslated Thistle as Sissel even though the Adventurer's Guide spells him as Thistle in english characters. He's named Thistle after a flower that exists IRL, so it's not meant to be vague or anything. Anyway, a few months ago, Netflix anounced Thistle as "Sissel" on their social medias, but they got ratio'd so fucking hard that apparently between then and now, they reverted to Thistle. This episode marks a victory for the manga readers in a years-long battle!

Yeah, Chil is by far the oldest among the group relative to his race's growth. It was basically a young-ish adult giving the talk to a middle aged man.

It's giving me that Frieren parting anxiety since this is the sole anime this season that I've stuck to wait for every week (holding back my urge every ep to continue in the manga) like I did for Frieren, as I do for series that I haven't read the manga/novel b4 discovering the anime. I'm assuming the creature that Marcille made was the sky fish rod thing that barely has any information on it. I'm not even sure if it's a real creature due to the lack of information, and I discovered this creature from JJBA. They're pretty much similar to what Marcille made and fly at very high speeds to the point where cameras can barely capture it, we don't even know what it's real proper form looks like. And well, I like to believe that it's real.
