You know what? Even though Blacksmith lost, I think this was the fight that really gave Blacksmith a strong enough schedule to get consideration for one of the play-in matches, and well deserved I think. Giving Sawblaze a run for it's money is no easy feat.

Yup, it didn't even put 1 dent in Sawblaze. On the other hand, Sawblaze cracked through Blacksmith's armor and kept ramming him into the walls probably doing more damage with each of those than any hits from Blacksmith's hammer!! lol

That hammer needs a pike or something so the flame can enter into the enemy bot. As it is, the flame is just wasted on the armor. It does look really cool, thought.

Both bots should use their flame better. Whenever the opponent is stuck at the wall you gotta fry it. If you overheat the entire thing, it will go up in flames half a minute later.

This was a great fight from the first second to the last..Sawblaze isba fierce opponent and Al Kimble's Blacksmith lacked weight it seemed. He just was not able to compete with Sawblaze's superiour drivetrain

Those hammers surely tickle a fancy with the cellar-dwelling black t-shirt brigade, but even with flames coming out of them (must be inspired by one of their heavy metal albums), they are just silly and pointless. As for Sawblaze, having your primary weapon on the back really defeats the purpose unless you're fighting a stationary target - which is rarely the case here.

this was the first time they used the dragon head/hammersaw, which is much heavier than the standard saw blade and so they hadn't fully accounted for how much this would mess with the balance of the robot
