Get an empty beer keg (plenty around with pubs closed) fill it with water or builders sand £2.50/3 per 25kg bag and you've got a decent bit of heavy weight to play with (55 to 85kg) for next to nothing.

Hang on 22kg dumbells? Does he mean 11 in each hand? Im confused at the gym lets say if you have two 15s it would then be 30 altogether.

Firstly, he was joking when he said it was a 22kg dumbbell. I reckon the first session he was pulling 7.5kg dumbbells and the second session it looked like maybe 5kg dumbbells.

@@idreeskhan8885 I think you are still confused with maths. Eddie looked at ONE dumbbell and said it's 22kg jokingly, but if he was holding TWO 22kg dumbbells then that would be 44kg. He was however, holding I believe 7.5kg in ONE hand because very few people in the world would be able to do full lateral raises with 22kg dumbbells.
