Those Barracks spawned quite bad loot, I don't think I ever even found a gun in one, but it was quite irritating, worse was the armor to caliber balance and that the best loot wasn't locked behind toxic, 13 5.56x45 to take a player down is a bit much when there's a .50 that one shots.
