Here in Dartford we are plagued by roving groups of bike thieves in balaclavas riding stolen bike. They are targeting you when bikes are stopped in traffic lights etc. the police need more motorcycles patrols to be able to help prevent this

can i suggest MAG contact south west yorkshire police, they now have off road bike's and are catching motorcycle thieves every week, if they can do it why can't others, and lets not forget the government have told magistrates not to prosecute.

Bike theft is out of control here as well across the pond. I live in Olympia,Wa and we have groups for recovery and prevention but it's community based and the police department does what they can but usually bikes get chopped up and not traded whole when stolen. I've got disc locks on every brake, the bikes are chained together with a Kryptonite chain and the handlebars are locked. We've had 3 bikes stolen just this year from our apartment complex and non of them had any security. You have to protect your toys.

Bike theft is simply not a priority for authorities. Arrests are all very well, long prison sentences are needed. But that would involve emptying already full prisons of offenders early. This of course would never happen.........

Well as important how many of us will be forced of the road by this government If total riders go below million they won't care what we think well they don't now so no difference there for many it a hobby we love for some a passion they will priced out off same reason the bike thefts are kinda wrote off get it nicked fist thing they told me don't expect too see it again which I have not

The fundamental problem with this video and the issue as a whole is that there simply is no interest from the Police. The amount of effort mentioned for the public to engage with them is not inconsiderable and this is for just one, local Police force. Imagine the effort needed by the victims (or potential victims) of this type of crime to actually make a difference nationally? And the advice to include locks and chains is laughable. We know this already FFS! In the end, unless it becomes serious enough or high profile enough the Police have a thousand other more important priorities. Another major issue is that the deterrent just isn’t there as the law on bike thefts is weak and effectively useless And the local councils - who could provide better bays and ground anchors relatively cheaply - couldn’t care less. they’re more interested in charging bikers (the same as a car) for parking.

There are over 1 million bikers within the UK. If every biker talked to their MP, local councillor and their Police Crime Commissioner. We would have results nationwide.

I like to check on the site, 'bikersunited' for theft reports. You'd be surprised on how many of the descriptions of the thefts (what security they used) just rely on a steering lock, or just a disc-lock. Many bikes are just wheeled away. Anyway... I agree, the councils could definitely do more! And as for the law, it seems the more common a crime is, the more the government say don't prosecute! Bonkers.

Have you not seen/used the new security bars for motorcycles fitted at the following car parks? 1. Rhode Street, Chatham 2. St Johns, Chatham 3. Longley Road, Rainham 4. Cathedral, Rochester 5. Rochester MSCP. And do motorcyclists know to lock their bikes? Many are stolen by opportunists due to no security being present.

Off topic I know, but nevertheless important. Weather manipulation has been a thing for an extremely long time. The first patent was issued in the US in...... 1891. Yes that's 1891. If you think that this is just conspiracy theorists stuff go and do You Own research into the Treaty on Weather Control Conflict Resolution. My advice is NOT to use Google - or Wikipedia.

If you're interested: all the latest Presidential class US Navy ships are equipped with nuclear powered DEW generators - totally capable of creating/changing the weather system across countries. Likewise the latest USAF fighters, although less powerful than the ships. If you need even more proof, look at the UK weather when ALL planes were grounded at the start of CV19, we had 5.5 weeks of clear blue sky.
