Great video as always. I’m interested to know your thoughts on this ride compared to 2019 when you were on a Cruzbike. Which did you prefer?

Thanks! The Cruzbike is more comfortable as well as faster. The upright is more social if you're going to be riding with others. And recumbents aren't as fun when it's very hilly. PBP is OK. I took the upright this time simply because of the added challenge. When I finished in 2019, I was still in awe of all the upright riders 🙂 Now that I know I can ride uprights as well, I'm back to doing a long event on the Cruzbike this summer.

why you didn't use the V20 for the PBP?

Because I already did that in 2019.

@@leonardogoulandris1676 It was considerably easier on the Cruzbike. I was seven hours faster. But it depends on the course. If the hills had been longer or steeper, the Cruzbike wouldn't have the same advantage.

ok, but we are talking only about the pbp. You did it 7 hours less with the cruzbike. Normal bike vs the cruzbike on the same course. I am asking because I am thinking of buying a S40. I have already a road bike.
