You inspired me a while back to improve my diet - basically, no rice, bread, sugar, processed food. I eat a lot of fruits, and cruciferous vegetables like cabbage and bok choy. No ice cream! And you're right, Mikey... no cravings! I've combined the diet with regular exercise (biking, walking, and weights) and I've been steadily and surely getting leaner and feeling better. My birthday is next week (I'll be 68), but I'm feeling healthier, not older. Thanks, Mikey. And, BTW, I agree that that was not a cheetah pelt. I don't think it would be likely to find a cheetah pelt at Greenhills, and it certainly didn't look like one.

Learn to speak Tagalog kung medyo hassle kang magsalita ng language natin, hehehe. Bisaya ka Doy, ang intonation/accent mo kc parang bisaya. Opinion lang po. Mas papatok ka kung marami kang magsalita ng tagalog. Ang vlog mo usually ang mga subject puro sa culture at traditions nating mga Pilipino kaya sana magsalita ka ng maraming tagalog to be fair. I know Mikey is reducing his carb intake, but carbs are not that bad specially if the carbs that you are consuming are nutrient dense and bonus points if they are fiber rich. Whole fruits (not fruit juices) and whole carbs (such as brown rice, rolled oats, wheat bread, rootcrops) are some samples of nutrient dense and fiber rich carbs that can be beneficial. I always love watching your daily vlogs, Mikey! It's how I start my day at 7 pm MNL (I work nights, you see). It would be a sad sad day if you do stop. I also love watching you eat! I'm a day late! 1. Definitely not a cheetah or hyena or a tiger! I feel bad for that dog or whatever animal it is :( 2. I'm amazed how you can stay away from Carbs! Rice is like my life. How do you manage working out when you are travelling? It must be difficult especially if you are always jet lagged....

Mikey you should try how my mom does oysters!! She quickly blanches plump oysters then mixes them in balsamic vinegar, EVOO, a bit of salt and pepper, chillies (to taste), spring onions and a lot of her secrets! I can ask her for the recipe and you and RJ can try it sometime!
