Kakagutom naman! After watching your vid, I texted my wife to cook sinigang na miso for dinner. ;-) And that kamyas/kalamyas, dip it in salt or sugar and its good, we have that ;-) My Mother used to dry its fruits in sunlight, then use it as alternative to sampalok when cooking. ;-)

The food looks amazing. Dampa was the last resto I ate at before moving to the US. In all my visits back, I have not been back since my first time. Sally Lalla Bagoong Barrio Fiesta is the brand I buy. They have the original, spicy and sweet bagoong. Green mango is seasonal here in Aust.
