So I haven't done a newer class on this channel in a while and I was NOT ready to hear Lesley's voice. Y'all made me cry. Miss her so much. That being said, the rest of the class was a delight. I love doing pigeon after longer holds with the glute (crescent, warrior 3 etc.). Very nice, thank you ❤

Excellent and compact routine; many thanks. Its really only just registered with me how the use of breath within the asana revitalises the mind and body, hence complex and challenging physical asana is not necessarily required for a full and meaningful yogic experience. Understanding this has taken me twenty plus years.
