I think that Allen needs to believe in himself. He needs to shake off the inferiority complex a bit, and really dedicate himself to his training. * Turn down sparring opportunities: He has to get out of the sparring partner mentality * Rack up a few wins against low key opposition: Turn down 'opponent' fights to build up his winning mentality. * Gradually step up the competition: Until he can go for a belt. * Be more aggressive: let your hands go more. And then once he's done everything he can/comes up short or whatever, he can pack it in knowing he gave himself every chance.
