So badass man! Kevin has been such an inspiration to me and so many of American Nak Muay. Without guys like him, Joe Schilling, Romeo Adanza and the Can’t Stop Crazy crew I don’t think Americans Muay Thai would be where it is today. Btw, If you guys haven’t checked out Kevin’s book it’s definitely worth a read!

Kevin Ross.👌 True champion. I hope we get to share the ring together again. His accomplishments warrant a title rematch. Can't wait to see him back with Bellator.

You're a true champion yourself, sir 🙏 Would love to see a title rematch between you two. Gotta get you in the FT gym soon, Gabe!
@GabrielVargaOfficial5 жыл бұрын
@@fighttips Thank you so much. Yes rematch needs to happen. One round wasn't enough for us to showcase what we can. I'm very excited to meet you and come to FT gym in the future. You're doing amazing things for so many people and I'd love to be a small part of that.

Well this video has given me hope because I'm always saying I've started too late. I'm 24 and I've only been doing Martial Arts actively for a year thoughts that I'd never be fighter successful fighter on the big stage has crept in my mind but I just need to stay focused push forward. Sorry about the rant. Awesome vid as always👌

What a love about these guys is that they are humble as F***! It seems like the new fighters get cocky but when you really get to a certain level, you become levelheaded. Shane, Ross... super cool cats!!!

Shane askin the tough q's... but lets face it over 2 mill subs, Shane bring that expousre, plus he is humble. Win win. Bringing guys like Kevin Ross to people who may never know, and if you haven't watched Kevin Ross fight you better get on that.

"You started in Muay Thai relatively late in life" "Super late... 23" LOL - I started kickboxing when I was 47, and I'll be 51 in June. I HATED gym class through elementary and junior high school, and the last time I stepped in a gym was when I was 15. I don't compete or spar, but it's great exercise, and I'm proof you are never too old to start training.

super late in terms of then transitioning into a professional career. Most people who are doing this for money start as kids
@KeyKneeee5 жыл бұрын
Murray C I don’t mean to burst your bubble man but starting at 23 and still becoming a champion is the really impressive part. It’s difficult to become professional/champion in anything starting after 18.

I like kickboxing over Muay Thai cuz I just like the rules sets more... kickboxing rules are more favorable to the styles I like to see. I can watch kickboxing videos for hours but I’ll watch like a Muay Thai fight once in a while.

Can someone help me? I had I fight like a month ago with this kid, he pushed me and I punched him then he started throwing random punches and I got freezed ended up with my glasses and shirt broken The thing is that now this kid is trynna start another fight with me, when we're in class he starts throwing me little papers, today he threw me a chalk and I get nervous af I don't know what to do, I've trained martial arts but i just can't see a situation where I win this fight, I've also done sparring but always ended up the same getting beat up, before anyone answers, I'm not telling nothing to a teacher or something like that
@dragonstrength17435 жыл бұрын
Lol, Kevin shoulda messed with shane a little bit when he asked what he thought of fight tips. I would've been like 'Well Shane the truth is I'm not here to colab with you. The MMA community doesn't like what you're doing, and I'm actually here to fight you for your right to coach on youtube and if i win you gotta stop" like on some Wong Jack Man shit. Hahaha.
