The open in Figma link refuses to open in the desktop app like all other Figma document links does, cause that's my pref. Instead it opens a webpage that runs Figma instead. They really should just make a plugin of this.

Can you just open it directly within figma (without going through the color-wheel site)

I'm trying to do something similar. I'm trying to make a prototype for my website... It is a basketball court, but I want the user to be able to click different lines on the areas of the court and change them with a color wheel/ color picker similar to what you have. I want them to be able to change different parts to different colors. I'm still kin of a noob at figma. Any ideas on how I can do this (in newbee terms)?

Yeah with variables but it's more complex. Not for beginners.

I suggest learning the basics and master variables in and out to start.
