It has been updated recently. When you choose an interaction that supports it, like mouse down, you will see a field that shows up underneath for after delay timing.

Hello, that is the cursor chat feature which allows users to send temporary messages in a file. You can activate cursor chat by hitting the "/" key on your keyboard.

It is. At the Design View there is the component icon with an arrow, click on it and you'll see the "Create Component Set"
