I grew off Figueroa in early 1960s. There was a liquor store and motel on every other corner. There was prostitution but it was discreet and you didn't see anyone walking openly. The neighborhood was predominantly Anglo-Saxon and African Americans. Fast forwarding to 2023 a person from my generation wouldn't dream Los Angeles would turn out looking like this. Prayers up for all the women and men captured by their sin. God have mercy on us all 🙏♥️
