Dude sometimes you don't need to freeze a ball joint (or any joint) if they don't fit properly, in some cases, putting a thin piece of paper between the joint and its socket can reduce the extra space between them to keep them together and still allows them to move as they should

@@dstar01 have you tried using epoxy clay to make them fit/compatible? to prevent them from sticking together you can cover the joint in kitchen oil, that way you can make the joint and socket compatible and still keep them articulated

you can sand the ball joint down to fit the socket if it doesn't go in. or if it is way loose you can dab superglue on it and then glue tissue paper on the joint and then pull off the tissue. it'll leave a good heavy layer of thickness of lint on that joint so that it is tight and it won't damage anything. way easier than superglue + water btw and safer.

With that ankle, you could've added a small amount of olive oil on the ball joint, then fill the hole with hot glue, immediately put the ball joint in the hole, let the glue dry, and then begin gently moving the ball joint until it moves. You are essentially making a much tighter fit so the joint dosent pop out

Yo. Instead of superglue. Get some resin, and move the ball periodically until it cures so it doesnt get stuck. Then youll have an airtight socket that freely moves.

Well then you could’ve put some milliput in the socket to make it smaller. Milliput is a two part apoxy the drys in six hours. Or you could’ve put some nail polish on the peg to make it bigger. There was other options than freezing it

Love KOs, but it's not cool cause you "can't" afford it. You can, you just don't want to pay that much. Which look I get it, you do you. KOs are 100% fine when the item is no longer available or the company is stupidly allowing reseller or scalpers to profit 100x over. (Side eyeing my KO Neca turtles)

Was the double ball joint to big or small? If a ball joint is too big you can shave it down with an knife. Then sand it smooth. That is how I got my unmasked Wolverine head on my Oldman Logan body. I just sanded down the ball joint so it fit into the socket.

14:00 Can't you enlarge the socket with a round file or X-acto blade? If you over-file it, you can build it back up with superglue. Then rinse & repeat until everything fits.

FYI: You can remove superglue with a debonder : www.amazon.com/Bob-Smith-Industries-BSI-161H-UN-CURE-Super-Glue-Debonder-1-fl-oz/dp/B0166FFC96 Use sparingly because it can start to eat into plastic. Acetone also works.

@@jtbloon30140 There's actually a really good goku black "knockoff" called "Chosen Ones" by demonaical fit. He actually reviewed it on this channel, and it's nearly identical to the official one! And it's only $60 as opposed to the 100 or so you'd spend for a real one. It even comes with the sythe from the convention re-release! So I'd go for that one if I were you, you can find it on aliexpress. Demonaical fit also has figures of the ginyu force, and they're making super saiyan 4 goku.

You can't restore it. True you can paint it with airbrush and gunpla paint that similar to ori. If you are skilled, kws won't that bad. Yet, the proportional and quality of the body can't repaired.... Moreover skin color and gradation is nearly impossible to achieve.... Then you must skilled at draw to make of the weird eye, even ori still better.....
