This is one of my favorites from Sudrian Railway Ghosts, and I still loved it today. Great to see one of them remastered in a different light with new things added in such as the scream for Mary when she got thrown down the well.

The older version is very nostalgic for me along with the other stories, but this version may be my favourite. I adore the atmosphere throughout the video, it feels very errie and uncomfortable like it should be. Dcg12b's narration is superb as always, I never grow tired of it personally. Overall, this was absolutely fantastic. I hope you consider remaking the other ghost stories too :)

A very nice story - I can well imagine Rev Awdry himself approving of the tale with its sensitivity and overall message, although he was very careful never to hurt anybody, never mind kill them. Can I also say it's good to see that your Sodor railwaymen actually obey the real ones' rules - fireman reporting back to the last box and protecting with detonators for example. The modern 'Thomas and Friends' series writers don't seem to have even heard of them! Perhaps a good example of 'Thomas for adults'? (Nice too to see the reference to Rev Awdry's old model railway, with the express, the 'Wild Nor'wester'.

Compared to the original, when you cut out the awkward pauses, you trimmed 2 minutes and 10 seconds out. This is much better than the original, can’t wait to see more remakes.
