Just a quick piece of info about those "robots" from NieR Automata. The reason why they have those RED eyes is because at one point, they have them in the game and they are ultra aggressive. Also, the reason why I said "RED", the guys with "Red eyes" in the NieR Universe are often people corrupted by a disease/virus be it human, robot or android.

I'm very tempted on the Machine 2 pack. I definitly need the Scarlet Witch and Vision 2 pack but I don't need any Sandtroopers or another Deadshot. I have the MAFEX version and that figure, dispite the QC issues that comes with MAFEX as a whole, is really well done! Also, the SHF Harley scales better because Margot Robbie isn't that tall, but I could be very wrong.

I like mixing other companies together. Not everyone is the same height or body build (even troopers) so it just adds a level of realism. Get some lighting in your toy room and I think that setup would be much better than a green screen. Gives viewers something to look around at and discussion material in the comments section 😄

hmm, now that you have pointed it out, I cannot help but agree that mafex sandie is indeed a bit crotchy. It almost looks like as if he was sporting armored diaper. Probably has to do something with the fact that the legs seem a bit too short and skinny, which sort of distorts proportions. Now, its really annoying when you think about the fact that Hasbro has released 100% perfect 5 POA 3 3/4" stormtrooper from the rogue one wave. Sculpt and proportions are spot on, and yet when it comes to 1/12 scale no company whatsoever has released a figure that could be considered the ultimate. I think model kit comes the closest. Anyway that and Darth Vader seem like very elusive designs for manufacturers to get them right. Which is even more puzzling, because yet again, Rogue One 3 3,4" Vader from Hasbro is very movie accurate too (well, as accurate as you can get with plastic robes). Blak series isnt bad either, but I do not like the "skeleton" hasbro uses for their figures, it by default distorts proportions, which is especially visible with stormtrooper and his ridiculously broad shoulders. Plus stormie's helmet is a bit off too. By the way, Mafex has released one of their new figures with shoulder pads (albeit smaller ones) attached to the arm instead of torso. I wonder if thats the method they are going to be using moving forward. I do hope so, as attaching them to the torso is a major design flaw for me, which is a guaranteed point of failure in the future if you pose the figure.

I honestly prefer the Figuarts Deadshot and Harley because they’re missing some of the writing/tattoos. While the base designs of those two are one of the few things I truly loved about Suicide Squad, I feel like they ended up too cluttered after a certain point (nowhere near as bad as Leto’s tattoos, obviously), much like the movie itself. So the Figuarts give me a good balance of the design aspects I love with less of what ended up diminishing them IMO. I totally get why people would want the MAFEX for the more accurate details though.

I think he's trying to pronounce it the way the Japanese would since MAFEX line belongs to Medicom which is a Japanese company. MAFEX is an acronym for Miracle Action Figure EX and is written as マフェックス. The vowel sound in the character "マ" or "Ma" is pronouced like letter "O" in english in the word "opposite".
