I am totally with you. I just got GS (standard) after trying MKPro, CorAceLite, and Matrix Legacy and it’s a whole new world. It’s worth the money and if I knew, I would have just gone with them to start!

Awesome job, E. She totally persuaded me to switch from Jackson Finesse to these, oh boy, what a difference. I’m an ice dancer and just loved how effortless they felt, the glide was so smooth. I still sharpen them as often as all my previous blades, but that’s me :)

I just switched from Pattern99 to Gold Seal. Thought I would try them out now that I bought new boots anyway. Tried them for the first time yesterday and I am definitely a fan 😃

Thank you for such a clear review - it might help me be more committed to making the change from my C. Ace - on which I am working on Pre-Gold and Gold dances - while on my new GS (regular style, not revolution) I feel like a baby giraffe, just as you said! [new boots with GS / old boots with CA]. Does it help to use the GS if I only do dance? or is it 'over-blading' ?

Which shock absorbers do you use inside your boots? I am considering those EDEA noene inserts.

Could you change just the bottom of the blade instead of taking the whole mount off the boot and messing with the boot? If so I’d love to invest in these

No I am not a coach. Gold Seals are definitely suitable for someone doing doubles IMO.

I have Eclipse Pinnacle Titanium blades and they are the lightest blades on the market. I have tried different blades like MK professional etc.. me and my daughter loves Eclipse blades. However we will try out JW Gold Seal Revolution parabolic just to compare with pinnacle titanium blades.. I have a figure skating shop in Sweden so it is important to try out different products..
