This channel is special. I can see it becoming extremely popular and reshaping how we consume sports coaching content. The technical insights, the personalities, the camaraderie are unlike anything else on KZbin at the moment. I'm hooked and I haven't played baseball in 30 years.

for someone who is naturally in supination it's hard to find consistency with a pronated change up. thats where I teach the vulcan grip. throw it like you normally do and let the grip do the work - simplify the pitch. ball slides out of in-between your middle finger and ring finger (two weaker fingers) and the ball naturally dies/tails

Change-ups can be tough for supination dominant pitchers. Many supination pitchers need to rely on seam shifted wake to get arm side movement

The difference between hitting the corners and not is about $8M per year. Change ups are particularly hard to control.

I had just turned 16 5’5 and was topping 83. I could have been throwing this hard if I stuck to it but I went with bodybuilding instead. No I’m not an idiot making things up lol.
