Fiido - D11 - EBike - Speed Hack???

I watched a video where they explained P2 was the radius of the wheel and they did the maths and found inputting the value of 130 would give you a round 20% boost in speed but it would mean your speedo wouldn't be correct and you would have to use the GPS on your phone to get your correct speed.. basically you con the controller into thinking you have a smaller rear wheel so it has to work harder to achieve its assumed speed.. resulting in a faster true speed .. you will need your phone GPS to check it though.

I think that number is the radius of the wheel. The distance from the axle to the ground. You can fine tune it by a few millimetres to match the compressed tire under load!

Yes, that's correct, but the motor controller on THIS one won't make a difference, whereas the D4 or whatever the OFF ROAD looking one is, that actually changes the speed :) Love this bike, but I'm just a bit too heavy for it. I need a bigger bike frame with off road tires, but boy have we been excited by the EBike phenomena!!! So much more fun that I ever thought it would be!!!

I have the 1000 watt 48 volt 17.5 ah battery the bike and me weight 250 lbs and I can get it to do 60 km /hour flat perfect conditions. These ebikes are the best use of electrified tech

I would say the setting is there to adjust system for different size wheels.

It is, but also works nice to correct the reported speed. Others have tried to change the speed by switching this and the P3 setting. Supposed to work on the M1 and M4...neither of which I can confirm.

Your supposed to hold power and full speed and the break simultaneously and reach the E004 message but then keep holding it for another 5 sec , then it should change to 36kmh , the other number is as you say the diameter of tire, which should be 200= 20 inches , changing it will only change the display calculation

Keeta - really sorry, but I'm not sure. I like this bike, but was bummed this "speed mod" didn't work. It's still fast, especailly when you try to drive it into a ditch like a half pipe - LOL - I broke off the seat from the battery!!!! Good news was, I didn't die, or get injured - LOL - but I did have to re epoxy the seat onto the removable battery end. Be careful out there!

Hey Brian, the only problem i have had with my e-bike after 2+ years is that the Battery replacement will eventually be very expensive @Au$550-600. As it is starting to loose charge, I removed the unit from the frame and dis-assembled it to see a bunch of large AA type li-ion batteries inside. I think i could order these & replace for less. Have you thought about this?

You can buy a cheaper battery and wire it into the housing so it adapts to your bikes power receiver

those "large aa type" batteries are 18650 batteries those are 3,6 v batteries.. you can change them to whatever type of battery you want as long as you reach 36v or 48v.. (dont forget to change voltage settings or you might fry the controller).. edit: ok maybe not any type.. but any high discharge and recharge batteries. this also depends on the battery management unit used on the pack..

the 195 is the radius of the wheel. fiido das is also 250w and goes the 33-34 km/h. can't understand why fiddo downgrade the motor, possible to claim more milage..... stupid

I'm not sure what they changes, but my speed hack doesn't really change the speed either...just changes the displayed value ;( Oh well, LOVE the bike! P.S. I do hear the D1 and D4 CAN be hacked :)

The D11 is not as good as the D4S. You can get 36kmh from that really easy.
