Thanks for your Fiido e-bike editorial on both Fiido e-bikes. I really appreciate your very informative information, and I completely agree with your recommendation. I've also looked into the Rad Runner e-bikes, and in my opinion, you can't go wrong with the Fiido T1 pro, and I like the up-grades in the frame and it already comes with a front rack and the wheels are better than spokes and head light is one of the best that I've ever seen on a e-bike the Fiido already has front end suspension and powerful 750w motor and a possibly of going 93 miles fully charged and I believe it takes 4 to 6 hours to fully charge if I'm not mistaken and it's a class 3 e-bike because it can reach speeds of 28 miles per hour and you do have to where a helmet in the state of California over 20 miles an hour I'm looking forward to ordering my Fiido T1 pro I've wanted a e-bike for a long time right now I'm currently riding my bicycle all over town it's great exercise I'm retired and that's my primary transportation other than walking and I'm still going to be riding my bicycle because it more practical for certain tasks. God-bless.

It is nice to go fast in the summer and not get sweaty. I still ride my pedal bike in the winter to stay warm. I did a video about how to set up the headlight to get a better approach angle. It is nice to have high and low beams. I have 15k miles between the two bikes and only one battery. So needless to say, I'm super happy with he longevity of the battery cells. One thing that I've done besides basic maintenance to my T1 was add lock washers to the kickstand to keep it from jiggling loose. I replaced the rear tire at 5-6k miles and the brake pads around the same time. I went treaded tire for the rear. I haven't replaced either bikes front tire yet, as the tread stays way longer on the unpowered tire. Those should be your first maintenance items. The tire was 50$ and I got 4 pairs of brake pads for 10$. I rarely ride my motorcycle or drive my car anymore. Thanks for the comment sir.....I'll see ya on the road!

Where do you get the name T1 Lite? As far as I was aware it was just called the T1 and the newer one is the T1 Pro. There is nothing lite about the earlier model.
@TornadoGarden29 күн бұрын
The Lite version was originally just the T1. After doing some redesigns and upgrades to the frame, brakes, and display, Fiido called the newest version the T1 Pro. When both versions were for sale on the Fiido website, they called them the Lite and Pro. The Pro has a more stout frame with triangulated reinforcements within the tubing. I still ride both versions.

Hi, I have a question. When I am pedaling, there is a difference in speed between T1 Lite and T1 Pro (especially at the start and the maximum speed for each PAS 1~3) 1. When I pedal T1 Pro at the start in PAS mode, the motor operation is delayed than before(T1 Lite). 2. T1 Lite's PAS and throttle used to have the same maximum speed, but T1 Pro's PAS max speed has decreased. (PAS cannot over max 25km/h) Do you have same situation as me? Please let me know :)

Do you know if the T1 pro will work with 52v batteries with the stock controller?
@TornadoGarden3 ай бұрын
The T1 display has an over-voltage shut off. You would need a programmable display and alter the max from 48v to 52v. The controller would be slightly overtaxed and have a shorter lifespan.

@@TornadoGarden ok thanks, my T1 pro arrives on Monday. I'm contemplating replacing the parts with the Bafang G062 motor wheel, controller and display but I'll carry out tests with the stock parts first because I live in a hilly city. I already have two 52v batteries which I use with my BBS02 750w ebike

@@manoz6194 750w on a cargo bike is plenty of torque to eat the hills. The T1 PAS is pretty well balanced. You should definitely give it the test before you gut it.

@@TornadoGarden Just received mine and assembled it, the brakes are beefy but they are the wrong way round for the UK. In the UK the front brake is on the right. I could switch the levers but I need to know what type of olive I would need. Also I'm quite short so feel the handlbars are too high, I'm not used to the upright riding position, I will have to get a flat handlebar or flip the stem and see if that works.

@@TornadoGarden Took my Fiido for a spin, did 28 miles. I'm impressed with the torque but not happy at all with the way it delivers power. PAS 2 doesn't feel like enough while PAS3 is too much for some of the hills I a go up. Also I like to have 100% speed at all PAS levels which I programmed my Bafang Mid drive to do. Looks like I'll be swapping the electrical stuff

Do you know if your T1 lite had a recall on it? Thanks
@TornadoGarden29 күн бұрын
Yep. Some of the original T1 had issues under high stress usage. When you rate a cargo bike at 450 plus pounds and it goes 30 mph... Something could go wrong. I am still riding both models.
@k33v4329 күн бұрын
Ok thanks for the reply. I bought a new in the box early model T1 from someone saying it was the pro. so there is no way to get a replacement for the recall. Looking at bolting steel a gusset between the two sets of bolts on top tube a bottom cross bar to help. I will be carrying a passenger at times.

The link to check recalls doesn’t seem to work anymore. I was wondering what your serial number was around just to confirm mine was in that recall
