FiiO Q5s Basic operating instructions!

Hey Fiio, are you releasing a Q-series dac any time soon? Need something with a decent driving power, something around 500mW or so, that has an "intelligent" TYPE-C connection for USB input plus charging, with the much needed 2.5mm, 3.5mm and 4.4mm output ports.

My FiiO Q5s just stopped working today. Cannot get Blue Tooth working again, Just a piece of junk, only had it for 8 months and it died later today.

Please try to reset it by poking the reset pole of the Q5s and check again. If the issue still remains, please contact [e-mail] with the receipt attached. Sorry for bringing inconvenience to you.

@@FiiOOfficial I tried it and still it failed to turn on Bluetooth. It works in the wired mode but not Bluetooth.

I'm disappointed with the after sales services. Owned it for two years. I had checked with the local dealer. They told me there is no more solution for mine death charge Q5s. What??? Don't have replacement battery already. Been offer unless I trade in for having 20% for new product purchase.

If you don't mind, you could consider sending the Q5s back to us in China for repair as well. We still have the battery for Q5s. But the shipping cost may be high and it will take long time for the shipping. Sorry about that.

@@FiiOOfficial Is it that's mean not worth to repair the FIIO product? Although just because of the battery failure. I'm so regretted to purchased the product and the authorized dealers here doesn't help much to the consumer. 🙄

@@wkw1746 You could check the shipping cost first. The repair cost would not be high actually. And if you can, you could find a similar battery and replace it in your Q5s. We apologize for any inconvenience in the meantime!

Frankly speaking, the design of reset button is the most foolish idea in this device. Why don't scroll knob to switch power on and off? Just don't like this small hole.
