FILE THEMED CARRD TUTORIAL [EASY, EXPLAINED, AND DETAILED]

*READ BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS!!* common questions - 1) how did you get the file emoji? - i'm on a macbook, which has a built in emoji keyboard. since i use macbook pro with a touch bar, i access the emojis from there. you can copy paste the emojis from here 📁📂🗂 or you can open up your carrd on mobile and add the emojis from there ! 2) what font did you use? - it's the default font, but u can change it to any other font of ur preference ! 3) can you make this carrd on mobile? - yes you can, its 100% mobile friendly 4) how do you do the links/link text? - if you want to link text, you need to follow "[text](link)" lets say for example, i wanted to link a twitter account, i would do "[twitter](twitter.com/username)" do not add the # unless you're linking to a control page 5) it won't let me add text to my container / won't let me drag text - have the container selected, so it has a teal border around it. then add your text. your text will automatically be added into the container if the container is selected. 6) every container i have has the gradient color added to it, how do i get rid of it. - select the container, click the paintbrush icon in the top left corner, scroll down to backgrounds, and change it to color or none. I hope that helps !

whenever i change the color of the third container it removes the gradient from the first two and makes it white. how do i fix it??

@@Pin-dd3uj make sure you’re only changing the background for the third container only ! make sure that you selected the right container

hey y'all internet safety lesson: do not let total strangers know what triggers you. maybe put squicks if you want to fill space (like dislikes but more like. fandom related i guess??? like things that make you go yuck when you see the tags on ao3 or whatever kids are using now /j), but not triggers. you don't want that information in public. "oh but my followers won't use it for bad purposes!" 1- you can't know that 2- YOU CAN'T KNOW THAT 3- maybe not your followers (even though *you can not know that*) but other people can, and it's not that hard to make a fake account and follow someone, specially not for people that *will* use your triggers to hurt you. would you give every stranger you meet a weapon? no. don't give strangers your triggers either. edit bc i need to clarify this before i get under fire for this comment: i posted about my triggers once. i got harassed due to some stupid shit. guess what those people used??? it's not fun to have panic attacks due to strangers in the internet knowing way too much. i want y'all to be safe /gen
