But my girlfriend, who’s been in Mexico for 6 months waiting for a boarder appointment through the CBP one app can’t because the system is too freakin slow. Number of people drawn from the pool in the app could have gone up if people didn’t cross illegally, we are trying the most legal way but the most legal way isn’t working 🤦🏻♂️ I hate to blame other people but I think even people getting married are feeling the same way because it’s like what the heck, we aren’t breaking laws but heck we have to wait almost years and it just feels cruel and that people taking advantage of the system and exploiting it, makes me think I should too at this point

Hello! Last August 2023, I submitted i-130 application for my married sister, her husband, and their child. Just last week sept 12, USCIS granted approval, and today sept 18 we received the welcome letter from NVC regarding the payment of fees. Once we settle the fees, should we expect her interview to be scheduled relatively soon, or could it potentially take 10-15 years? Additionally, my sister is expecting a baby. Would it be advisable to delay the payment until after the baby is born so I can include the baby’s documentation as well?

Good morning Atty! We are on TN / TD status and we're also aiming for a greencard. Both Engineers (STEM) but only one is working, more than 10 yrs of skills and experience. Employer is willing to sponsor us on a greencard but we are 1.5 years away from renewing TN's. Is it safe to file and apply now? We're looking at EB3 route and we are Naturalized Canadians btw. Thanks!

Hi maam, Thank you so much. This video is very informative. If you make a small video about the case migrated to elis. Because my sister apply my case in California in 2012 and now they were migrated. They even change my case receipt number from WAC to IOE. Explain this. Thanks❤
