America is a country of legal immigrants. All races, except for the case of African Americans and Native Americans, legally immigrated or their ancestors legally immigrated to America. So, those who are pushing lies that legally naturalized Americans will be reported by Trump better add to their lies that it includes almost all races of Americans who have been her for generations because we are all products of legal immigrants. It's about time to stop ignorant lies about Trump.

It is well known that Trump's Mass Deportation plan is unrealistic and impractical. That is why the real plan is to make the lives of unlawful immigrants so difficult that they will "Self-deport" - leave on their own at their own expense. Stephen Miller, the driving force behind Mass Deportation, also mentioned Self-deportation as an objective that can be achieved by forcing companies dismiss employees without legal status to work in the US. The idea is that unlawful immigrants who are unable to support themselves will leave on their own. With Republicans in control of both houses, it will be very easy to permanently authorize and make mandatory E-Verify to check which employees have proper work authorization. The federal government can also make the use of E-Verify a requirement for all federal contracts. The concept of Self-deportation is not new. It was raised by Mitt Romney when he ran for president. (See article about the Romney-Obama debate in the New York Times on October 17, 2012 (Page A14)).

The idea that Trump plans to internalize naturalized US citizens is another fear mongering which was and still being pushed to give Trump negative image. If a person got naturalized using false documents then they can expect some issues. But for majority who did everything the correct way and have been good citizens there is no need fear all the fake claims that Trump will throw them out of the country.

So, if one got citizenship via FRAUD! Of course citizenship should be voided. ICE and DOJ should query their database all those "anchor babies" and check their file for fraud. Did they entered the country illegally? then the whole family should be naturalized and sent back to their country of origin. All those "immigration lawyers" who aided the fraud on applications and cases, should loose their Bar license for life.

So, the basic conclusion is that if someone didn't commit fraud in their application process for naturalization, this is nothing to worry about. Even if they did, it's usually not enforced because the litigation to denaturalize them is too much of a hassle. They can't just grab them and toss them out. Why are people scared about this?

If you’re here legally you won’t have a problem. It’s only if you chose to circumvent the process. Break the law pay the price. Our veterans and hurricane victims should come before people that have contributed nothing. I work in healthcare. These people are bringing TB into our small towns and even worse yet they are working around food… just one example that I know is happening

Martin Niemoller- First they came. First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out, because I was not a socialist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out, because I was not a Jew…Then, when they came for me- there was no one else to speak for me. If you can read and understand what pastor Martin wrote, in 2026, you get a change to correct your vote, and amend the mistake we may have made on this election.

Birthright citizenship is clearly laid out in the 14th amendment. That isn't up for debate. What I suspect will happen is targeting automatic asylum for one/both parents. A newborn might have legal protection, but the parent does not. This will look very cruel to some. Edit: after doing further reading, there actually IS some debate about the 14th amendment and birthright citizenship. This could get pretty heinous for people born in the United States who believe they are legal citizens but are, in fact, technically not. Also, Trump doesn't need to deport everyone. Just enough to encourage those already here to leave and discourage others from coming. This will be very effective. Finally, I'm personally looking forward to Trump ending the H4 EAD visa and tightening the H-1B process. The current system is rife with abuse and fraud. I'd like to see those visas go to actual exceptional talent, not the dross that currently squats on these visas.
