Yesterday our family received the sealed envelopes for entry into the U.S. along with the immigrant visas, and we were horrified to find that our daughter had a different name printed on the envelope instead of her mother's name. It turns out that when filling out the DS260, the person who filled out the form for us mistakenly wrote the name of another woman (the last name is written correctly). The Consulate told us that we should go to the USA and explain at the point of entry why there was a mistake. We are very worried that we will not be allowed to enter.
