It's a VR feature called "play space" that lets you essentially tell the game where your floor is relative to the VR space. You grab the air and it lets you pull up that way. There's also manual controls, which she may be using, but I think she just has it synced perfectly. The climbing was NOT using play space bc her body and hands all moved independently. I'm pretty sure she keeps a personal gym in the room she does VR in though, so I think that was just an irl gymnastics stand.
