But then, out of nowhere, Neuro calls Filian "Rachel." And Filian goes kind of quiet for a moment--which for Filian does NOT happen much--and tells Neuro not to call her that any more. But real, real quiet. Like Neuro just basically doxxed Filian, and she's trying to act like it didn't hit a lot harder than any of the other stuff.

I totally believe she talks like this normally, just a teeny bit lower pitched, probably. It's hard not to play it up for the camera, even subconsciously. And people (especially girls) generally pitch up. But it's also basically impossible to keep up an act for this long. If she did act in the beginning, then her speech is likely permanently altered now. That's what Emiru did.
