That’s very true my journey also as nursing assistant here in Spain it’s was very hard, lalo na sa language barrier. Tapos need pa mag accreditation para maka work both public and private institutions. But, soon I can work both public at private care home hopefully sa hospital na din. True pahid tae gyud😂

Meron naman , of course tumutulong sa mga routine care, we give intravenous injection, ako nag work sa dialysis, kami ang nagtutusok ng shunt ng aming pasyente at lahat ng treatment and medications , iv access and draw blood,pero caregivers are not allowed .

I stopped working in carehome July 2021 tapos nag start ako sa uni September 2021. Though I stopped working sa carehome nag apply ako to be a bank staff in the hospital where you can pick and choose kung kailan ka free para mag bank to earn extra money and that works for me. 😘

Di registered nurse ang title na gamit mo but graduate nurse wala board exam kahit saan bansa you need to study 4 years pass the board exam or licensure exam for nurses to have Registered Nurse title Licensed Practical Nurse inCanada or Lucensed VocationslNurse in states has licensure exam before you can work or licensed to work with numbers of hours OJT. You can work in hospitals community or long term care.Yours maybe a vocational course of nursing not able to give IV or antibiotic on Iv’s or Heparin drip.What does it says or category in your diploma or certificate.

Agree on that. You cant title yourself as an RN. Your a newly graduated and must take an exam first and pass before you can get your license and title yourself as a registered nurse. Im from California USA.
