The most accurate description of how life and relationships work over there. No sugar coating. One point I have to mention is that if you want to have your piece of paradise in the Philippines, is to remain single and just rent an apartment or house. You can have girlfriends, but never allow them to stay in your apartment or house. None of her possessions should be physically on your property, including the toothbrush. Because she can still grab whatever you own claiming you both are common law husband and wife. If you want an intimate relationship, sleep over in a hotel for the night. Not in your place.

As long as you want to throw your money away! When she says "my children come first", that means she will screw you over in any way she chooses if she thinks it will help her children. Dating a single mom is like buying a used car for a new car’s price. Dating a woman with kids only benefits the woman not the man or even the kids Dating single mothers is like pulling a date out of an insane asylum. Investing my time, money, and energy into another man's seed?...... no thank you! Every date I’ve gone on with a single mother only revolved around what i could do for her and her kids. In the event an unexpected situation happen between you and, your wife your right will be protected you get 50% of proceed of the property not unless your wife pass away then the property will be belongs to you 100 %. Its deffirent than buying a condo. You can purchse a condo in your name alone if you choose to no matter if your married to a filipina woman you dont have to include her name to the title.
