Theese girls have very reasonable standards as regarding men. No selfishness, no hypergamy, no boss-queen behaviour. They look for a 5.6 normal dude who can make them happy and build a family with. Just this makes them so attractive from a man perspective. All you girls really deserve to find this man.

Heh heh, yes. You cannot help but sit and wish these women all the best. They are not photo models or anything, but just ordinary nice women with reasonable dreams and demands for their future husbands. In short: The kind of women, 98% of all men wants to be married to. Because most of us are not, say, sports stars or millionaires, either :-)

You could argue that dating foreigners is itself a manifestation of hypergamy. But yes, seems modest compared to the demands you hear from many western women.
@etaaramin9361
@etaaramin9361 Жыл бұрын
They are feminine, yes, but make no mistake she's just as hypergamous. 5'6 is about 3 inches taller than the median height there. 6ft is about 3 inches taller than the median height here. Western incomes dwarf pinoy incomes in the same way $200k/yr dwarfs most incomes here. She has the same requirements, jusy translated to a country where the equivalent numbers are lower. The hypergamy is intrinsic. What's better about a Pinay girl is her femininity, maternal behavior, etc. She's just as hypergamous, you're just way above average there.

As one of the thousands of Asian women who found our partners overseas, I can tell you personally that it works. My husband and I have been married for over two decades and have three children. Most of my friends are happily married to their foreign husbands for years too. Like so many couples, sometimes there were hard times and trials, but I can assure you we love our husbands and we stick to them no matter what. We work outside the home if we need to and we also do domestic chores when we're home. We believe it's our job at least majority of us believe it's our duty to cook, clean, take care of the children and so on. If we need help we just ask. When my husband gets home from work, I made sure there's food in the table fresh and I serve him. I asked him how's his day, and if he wanted to sit down and watch tv, I let him enjoy his peace. When there's argument, one of us will leave and come back when things settle down. When it comes to money, my husband knows that every now and then I have to help my older parents for medicine and little things but not enough to make us go broke. It's just our tradition. We love our family and sometimes it's a way to help our homesickness. But every couple is different on how they managed this issue. I have two boys that are young adults and I highly recommend and prayed that they'll marry an Asian woman. I want them to have a good life and have a successful marriage like us. Most of my non- Asian friends, my co- workers who are women are divorced more than once. They ended up alone and living with cats and dogs, and mostly miserable. I found out why so? They didn't treat their men like they way us Asians do. They complain a lot and mostly about superficial things. There's no patience. We value the family, a good home life and the most important thing is we don't want our children grow up in a broken family. We stick as much as we could. We hate divorce! All we want is just a stable home, a man that is loyal and respect us. I believe that's the majority of Asian women's dream. We don't hate men and certainly we're not better than men. We believe in patriarchy and absolutely we're not slaves either. Women who said negative things about us are women who just cant stand the fact that their men are walking away from them. I would to if I was a man.

If you are a Philippina woman thank you for your insight... You are right and this is how it should be... sadly the American society - and with that 99% of the women - are fucked up, plagued by feminisms... There is a song "American woman stay away from me"... only once a guy will get overseas in Asia or Europe or Africa and South America will understand what a real woman is...in fact that's what separate men from boys... I know dumb fools boys over 50 y/o who don't know what it means to be a man paying over $1000 per hour for a woman's touch ordering an escort that's often a woman from overseas simply because the American woman doesn't have in her to be a woman... it's the sad raw truth... Which is why my next wife will be Asian...

GENTLEMEN: if you're going to the Philippines looking for a soul mate, my recommendation is that you make it a point to stay there at least a MONTH. More time is better, but you really need to meet the people and adapt to their cultural differences so you know what you're getting into. I really loved Philippines. My favorite stay is in QUEZON CITY: THE GRASS RESIDENCES which is near Metro Manila, near Trinoma mall, has plenty of business and services and is generally comfortable. What's happening in the West now is actually extremely serious, and average young men especially are starting to become violent because of it. Look into the real motive behind some school shootings for instance. I m not saying it's an excuse for murder, but men who are never shown any love or affection will eventually turn on society and burn the house down. A lot of ER types ( Elliot Rodger) out there.

I went to the Philippines once as part of a six-week trip around Asia (didn’t really like Asia and decided to stick to Latin America). One morning in the hotel restaurant in Cebu City, I sat next to a family where the dad was from the U.S., not what most people would call handsome, and I swear that dude’s BELLY was bigger than she was 😂. But man, you should have seen her body language: laughing, smiling, joking, putting her hands on him, and so on. She couldn’t have looked happier to be with him.

We all should probably exercise more for our health & if you wind up looking better, it DOES make your confidence go up… and with higher confidence, a guy could be more … different ? There ARE ppl who do stay 1:1 once we’ve promised. Hopefully that ameliorates insecurity…

Happily, my opportunity to return will become a reality within the year!

@daviddew I am right there with you. I lived for a year in the Philippines when I was in my 20's. The people were incredibly humble and generous. I befriended a couple of local guys and we would play pickup basketball all the time. From those relationships I was able to meet more local people and see the wonderful culture from the inside and not as a tourist. It's a beautiful country with amazing people. As a former military man, I have the utmost respect for them as warriors. They put the big hurt on the Japanese and put fear in the North Koreans during the Korean War. For those of you who haven't been, it is an amazing place to visit, or live.

She has a good informational channel indeed. husband being expected to support his wife's family was never a Filipino culture. If it has happened to some couples, it was the husband choosing to do it and no one else. No Philippine law would support a Filipina girlfriend or wife telling their men that they have to support her family. If a foreigner starts supporting his wife's family, it would be hard to break. It's better that this support her family subject is cleared between the foreigner and her Filipina before marrying her. Supporting your own family is big enough of a lifetime responsibility.

I remember getting penpal letters from Filipina women I'd never met, well before Instagram. It also seems as if when you ask Filipinas those questions it sounds as if they never really thought deep into the physical aspect but it was the intangibles that they really wanted. Great videos! One point to note, in the United States, social security payments start for those that choose to jump in, as early as 62 years old. Sure, there are younger men who may have a steay income source at a younger age, but MOST will have that financial security at 62 to 65. Probably averaging about $1,600 dollars a month. So, I would think the Filipina who is looking for the most options for financial security would keep that in mind. Thank you Pea!

Have to keep in mind a guy closer to her age is more likely to be alive to provide for her and the children. Dating a man 35 years her senior it is highly probable that she’ll live decades longer than him. Unless he is a well established millionaire and leaves it to her the guy getting by on social security is just as risky if not a more risky than a young man with potential. Say the 65 year old guy makes it 20 years before passing she’d be stuck alone and single at 50. Older women are lonely and invisible on the dating market. Tough place to leave a person.

My wife had no desire to come to the US, but she did so we could be together while I wait for retirement ( in the Philippines) She works here as well and will be eligible for social security benefits by that time as well..of course she’ll have to wait an extra 20 years to claim it 😅. If I could make one suggestion to the fellas thinking of dating/ marrying a Filipina it would be too forget everything you thought you had figured out about women! Western women will fight you to the last breath over anything..Filipinas are NOT western women. They are in fact the flip side of the coin. Be tender, compassionate, loyal and loving and she will return it 100 fold. But beware, a harsh word said out of anger or frustration will devastate her. SO DON’T BE THAT GUY
