We have mushrooms here in the states that only grow in the spring and have to be found in their natural habitat also. They are called morel mushrooms. Very expensive also and grow in various sizes. Hi Carrie, never heard of matsutake mushroom. The only expensive mushroom I heard of is called truffles. They can cost over $1000 depending on the type and where it’s from. Your breakfast looks very delicious. My breakfast routine: oatmeal & yogurt Mon, Wed, Fri. For all other days, some kind of quick bread (or maybe grits) and eggs😊. Sometimes I’ll eat cereal and milk if I want something light. I use a small 15 oz blender to make my yogurt smoothies. Sweet of your boss to take you with him. What a nice fella ☺. Your pretty haircut matches your pretty face! Enjoy your week ❤❤

I have never seen this type of mushroom before but I use to work in the fishing industry in the US and we would process Salmon eggs ( Roe) for Japan and it would cost $2500 usd for 3K of Salmon eggs ..and by the end of the season we processed 20M pounds of Salmon eggs each year..

Im allergic to eggs so i don't eat a sit down breakfast. Im 50 years old and I Jog 2 miles a day no matter what the weather and I drink a protein shake after. In the winter time i have coffee but here in Mexico its not very cold. I love hot chocolate with Cinnamon or hot rice milk with cinnamon. When I was in the Philippines I love to eat Milo and puto or pan de coco...when I was in the Philippines the local bakery opened at 3am it was so good
