Now I know why she's Kaheru-chan . Kahel is the Filipino/Tagalog word for orange, thus called as orange-chan, and if kahel is spoken in japanese accent, it pronounces as Ka-He-Ru, as it mixes The "L" to "R". BTW, first one to see it and... Banzai Kaheru Chan!!!

There are a lot of Dialects in the Country but I think they're speaking the same dialect such as Ilocano or Visaya because of the Phrases and some common words. Last year I went to Ilocos Norte, Northern Luzon on an Educational trip and the locals there are speaking with the same language as what I heard in Bohol years ago on my Dad's company team building.
