I would like to share with all of you my version of Filipino style Chicken Macaroni Salad. In this video I will teach you the secret on how to make your chicken macaroni salad more flavorful! You can serve this famous salad on any occasion or you can make this as a food business (catering/pre-ordered food package business). Tara na sa masayang pagluluto!!!

Chicken Macaroni salad: -500g Macaroni precooked -250g sweet ham precooked/fried(removed excess oil)/steam -1 3/4 cup of mayonnaise -1 cup carrots (small dice) -1 cup celery stalk, diced -1/2 cup white onion, diced -1 whole bar cheddar cheese, diced -1 can 560g pineapple tidbits (reserve the juice) -¼ pickle relish -1 cup raisins -½ teaspoon of ground pepper -250ml all purpose cream -⅛ cup reserved pineapple tidbits juice -220g bacon bits, fried -168ml condensed milk/80ml sweetened milk - 2 pcs big chicken breast fillet 2-3 pinches of salt Optional 1 tbsp sugar 1 cup reserved pineapple tidbits juice ¼ tsp ground black pepper 2 tsps paprika (Chicken) 1. Boil the chicken 10-15 minutes 2. Himay na chicken, sugar, paprika, ground black pepper, salt, juice from pineapple tidbits, mix, boil and let the juice evaporate (Cream) 1. Salt and juice from pineapple tidbits 2. Ground white peppr, mayonnaise, all purpose cream and condensed creamer (Big bowl) 1. Mixed the chicken, macaroni, sweet ham, fried bacons, white onions, carrots, celery, pickle relish, pineapple tidbits, raisins, cheese and cream mixture

Tinry ko po itong gawin as a requirement sa course ko at sobrang nakaka-satisfy 'yung result. Hindi na ako naglagay ng raisin (kasi ayaw ko naman no'n 😆) saka ng pickle relish (kasi optional naman talaga) pero ang sarap pa rin. Ramdam ko 'yung sabi mo kuya archi-chef na kung hindi mo sasabihan, hindi ka matitirhan hahaha salamat po sa pags-share ng recipe! God bless po 😇
