I must say that You, You and only YOU is my most trusted skin care influencer. Sayo lang talaga ko maraming natututuna. Katulad ngayon nalaman ko about the comedones na lately mayroon ako which is iniignore ko lang kasi malilit naman and thinking na mawawala lan din sila on their own. Now I know na hindi na dapat pabayaan, good thing is parating na yung mga products na binili ko na galing din sa recos mo na which i know is suitable for my skin problem and hopefully mahiyang ako. Very informative... Relate ako sa family namin i know it doesn't run in the blood kasi hindi naman tagyawatin parents at sibs ko, ako lang sa amin ang ganito. It started when I was 16yrs old up until now na 30 na ako meron paring breakout na nangyayari lalo na nung nag buntis ako dun ko din talaga napatunayan na meron akong hormonal acne. Mahirap pag inside ang problema pero sabi nga ni doc ilaban natin yan.

Yes . My acne affected me so much, I intentionally missed my graduation march/day because I didn't want to go out. I didn't even want to go out of my room. Plus, my parents always points out that I'm the only one at fault of having this acne.. To think that my father's genes has the greatest contribution hahahaa.

Hello po sir Jan ask ko lang po kasi ang nireseta sakin ng derma ko ay klenzit , clindamycin s.o.s. , epiduo forte tsaka po doxycycline cap 100mg Nag pa derma ako via telemed Kaso po hindi ko na natanong kung pwede bang La roche posay medicated gel cleanser ang gagamitin ko kasi po out of stock na ang klenzit Pwede po kayang yung la roche ang gamitin ko or klued salicylic acid nalang ? That can be tackled po upon individual consultation with a dermatologist. :) Ang focus natin dito is acne treatment with a derm + acne medications as a whole kasi that is the biggest part po sa battle ng acne. A lot of dermatologists and experts suggest po that food is not always a reliable gauge for acne. It can be part of tackling acne, pero hindi po siya ang puno't dulo ng acne mismo. We also do not want to generalize and always restrict and demonize certain food groups (e.g. sugar, carbs) because this can lead to eating disorders which is malaking problema rin po. Nangyari din po ito sa akin, kaya maingat ako sa topic na 'to. 🤍 But this is also why ang acne treatment po is highly individualized (iba-iba per person). Depending po on your lifestyle and what you can or cannot afford to do, doon po gumagawa talaga ng treatment plan ang derma. Kaya po it's something na sa consultation na pinag-uusapan. I hope this clarifies! :)

Hello po, kung magpapacheck up po ba online bibigyan po ba ako ng prescription for my acne? Currently nagpapacheck up kasi ako sa derma dito samin kaso parang walang improvement. Bumabalik balik parin ang acne ko po.. Matagal sya nagdadry khit meron na akong medication yung adapalene+clindamycin at acneed.. Im so sad.. Pls enlighten me po
