Im filipino and for damn sure if they tell you that youre NOT DOWN with filipinos because you didnt eat that THEY'RE LYING! Regardless if you spit it out or didn't eat the whole thing, I respect you tried it. This was a good short video. There's def better food/desserts we offer though. Should look for a Manila Sunset and try Bibingka, Max for some Chicken (better in PI), or some Crispy Pata at a Barrio Fiesta (or mom/pops spot). And the list is ongoing but those are some spots I think you'll at least enjoy what they're known for at the restaurant.

Another date with your Filipino friend, try Krispy Pata, Kari Kare (oxtail with peanut butter sauce and whiterice)palabok(rice noodles with shrimp, pork belly, crushed chicharron) theirs empanadas, bar b cue pork, their desserts like ube ensimatah (I'm spelling it wrong)is like a bun, BOMB! that egg Is yummy I only drink the juice and eat the yolk I do not eat the duck I don't like it.
