FILIPINO GIFTS FOR MY BRITISH PARENTS (And Flying My New Drone)

Pasalubong. The favourite word on the lips of every person expecting returning travellers.
I visited Apo ni Lola in Davao City before I left, and bought a few treats and surprises for my parents. I finally got round to giving them out, over a week after arriving!
I also flew my drone for the first time - and of course, there are inclusions about food, because I'm still quarantined and have nothing else to talk about!

ABOUT MY DRONE:
I have a DJI Mini 2. It has a current operator's licence, and I have a flyer's licence, though my drone is exempted from the latter. It is 249g, C0 class, so I am allowed to fly above residential areas. I took reasonable efforts to avoid violating anyone's privacy, and my shots do not show much more than, for example, Google Earth would show. I took particular care when back gardens were in view. All filming is done in accordance with existing privacy laws.

These challenges definitely do not get fixed overnight and they may never go away but when times get hard all that you can do is to lean on your support group when you can't find the strength to power through on your own. Just please remember that we are all here to be a part of your support system. the camera and vlogging can help but live interaction is sometimes better. if you struggle try doing a completely unplanned live stream and watch as your supporters come from around the world to be with you. You are loved!
